• If the customer notices at the time of receipt that the package has damage, he should proceed in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Law of July 23, 2003. Postal Law. If using the services of the courier company DPD or InPost, it is recommended to draw up a damage report in the presence of the courier and refuse to accept the parcel.

• The customer of the store has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days you can return the goods without giving any reason and without incurring costs, except for the cost of returning the shipment. The returned product must not bear traces of use - each item must be complete and factory-packed, the goods must be delivered in the original packaging in unaltered condition. If this condition is not met, the product will not be accepted.

• Within 3 business days of receiving your package, we will check the condition of the returned product (whether it bears no signs of use, whether it has not been damaged or destroyed, whether it is in its original packaging with all its contents). We will then contact you to inform you of our decision to return the product. If there are no objections to accepting the return, we will refund your account within a maximum of 7 days. If the return of the product is rejected due to damage to the product or signs of use, the product will be sent back to the indicated return address within 7 business days.
