Shipping

1. General

1.1 We work from Monday to Friday to ship orders as soon as possible. We try to deliver on the same business day or the next business day after the order is placed, but in case of a large number of orders, the delivery time may be extended to 3 business days. In case of weekends, holidays, and public holidays, the lead time may be extended up to 7 business days. Orders placed during a break from work will be processed according to the order of receipt of orders on the first consecutive working days.
1.2 If the customer wants us to reship an unclaimed, rejected or undelivered package, the customer is responsible for the re-shipping costs.
1.3. We are not responsible for lost, misdelivered or stolen parcels that have been shipped to an address that was entered when placing the order and which the customer has not corrected.
IMPORTANT!
1.4 Since candles and fragrance products are fragile products, despite careful protection of the shipment, they may be damaged in transit. Therefore, each shipment should be opened directly with the courier and check whether the product has not been damaged, and if the customer at the time of receipt of the shipment notices that the package has damage, flooding, crushing or clear signs of opening the shipment should follow the relevant complaint procedures of the courier company and it is recommended to draw up a damage report in the presence of the courier and refuse to accept the shipment.

2. Shipping

2.1 Shipping costs are calculated when placing an order and are based on the weight of your package.
2.2 Standard shipping costs within the Republic of Poland are:
- DPD courier - 21,95 zł
- InPost courier - 17,29 zł
- Paczkomomat InPost - 15,69 zł
2.3 We are not responsible for the timeliness of delivery of shipments through the carrier selected by the Customer. In case the parcel has left our shipping warehouse, the full responsibility for the delivery is borne by the courier company selected by the Customer.

3. International Shipping

3.1 All international parcels are shipped via DPD Courier, and the various options available are shown when placing an order. Rates are based on the destination and weight of the package.
3.2 WeeCandle also fulfills orders with delivery to selected countries abroad, including: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Liechtenstein, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Switzerland, Sweden, Ukraine, the United Kingdom.
3.3 Delivery time for international parcels varies greatly depending on the destination and can take up to 3 weeks from shipment to delivery.
