This Privacy Policy is an integral part of the Terms and Conditions of the WeeCandle.com Online Store. Definitions of terms used in this Privacy Policy are provided in the Terms and Conditions. The provisions of the Regulations shall apply accordingly.
1.1 Personal data provided by the Customer is processed by the Seller Rimarif Partners Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw at 9/4 Corellego Street, 03-289 Warsaw, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw XIII Department under KRS No. 0000521195, NIP 5223018519, which is the administrator of personal data and the owner of the domain www.weecandle.com. In accordance with the principles set forth in the contents of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council EU 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 ("RODO"). 1.2 The data completed by the Customer and then sent to the Seller via the appropriate order form are processed in accordance with its purpose, i.e. the execution of the order placed. The processing of the Customer's personal data may concern his/her e-mail address, name and surname, telephone number, address of residence and IP address of the computer, as well as, in the case of enterprises, his/her TIN and registered office address.
1.3 Customers' personal data will be processed for a period of 5 years, after which it will be deleted, unless further processing is based on another legal basis.
Customers' personal data will be processed in order to:
a. The implementation of legal regulations,
b. creating an Account,
c. to carry out the Order,
d. Provision of services by electronic means,
e. processing of submitted complaints and other activities indicated in the Regulations,
f. promotional and commercial activities of the Seller.
1.4 The provision of personal data is voluntary, but the lack of consent to the processing of personal data marked as mandatory, will prevent the performance of services and the implementation of the Sales Agreement between the Seller and the Customer.
1.5 The Customers' personal data may be entrusted for processing, only for the purpose of realization of the Sales Agreement and contracts for provision of electronic services by the Seller, to a hosting company, a company providing accounting services for the Seller and a courier company. The entity processing Customers' personal data, based on the Entrustment Agreement, will process Customers' personal data from the entry into force of RODO, through another entity, only on the basis of prior, consent of the Seller. Personal data collected by the Seller may also be made available: to the relevant state authorities at their request on the basis of the relevant provisions of law, or to other persons and entities - in cases provided for by the provisions of law.
1.6 Sharing of personal data with entities not authorized according to this Policy, may take place only with the previously expressed consent of the Customer to whom the data relate.
1.7 Customers have the right to: to delete personal data collected about them both from the Seller's system and from the databases of entities, cooperating with the Seller, to limit data processing, to transfer personal data collected by the Seller about the Customers and to receive them in a structured form, to file a complaint to the supervisory authority in a situation where the Customer considers that his data are processed unlawfully, and to file a legal remedy in court against the supervisory authority as against the offending entity.
1.8 In the event that the Seller becomes aware of the Customer's use of a service provided electronically contrary to the Terms of Service or applicable regulations (unauthorized use), the Seller may process the Customer's personal data to the extent necessary to determine the Customer's liability.
1.9 The Service may store http inquiries in connection with which certain information may be stored in server log files, including the IP address of the computer from which the inquiry was received, the name of the Customer's station - identification carried out by the http protocol, if possible, the date and system time of registration in the Store and arrival of the inquiry, the number of bytes sent by the server, the URL of the page previously visited by the Customer, if the Customer entered through a referral link, information about the Customer's browser, information about errors that occurred during the execution of the http transaction. Logs may be collected, as material for the proper administration of the Store. Only persons authorized to administer the computer system have access to the information. Log files may be analyzed to compile statistics of traffic in the Store and errors that occur. Summary of such information does not identify the Customer.
1.10 Transfer of Customers' personal data to third countries will be carried out in accordance with the requirements introduced by RODO.
2.1 Newsletter. If you wish to receive a newsletter we need to save and use your e-mail address. We will then send electronic messages at appropriate intervals to the e-mail address you gave us, which may also contain topic-specific advertisements along with editorial information on our products and services.
2.2 Contract. In addition to that, we will use personal data you provided to us for concluding and carrying out contractual agreements that you conclude in the webshop. We may in particular use your name and/or e-mail address for creating digital watermarks, i.e. to mark digital content (eBooks and ePapers) that you have purchased subscribed to in our online shop.
2.3 Web usage analysis. We will use tools of third parties in order to create so-called utilization profiles by using a pseudonym if you visit our websites as a registered or unregistered user. This implies that data will be collected and saved anonymously or under a pseudonym for statistical, marketing and optimization purposes.
2.4 Log files. Our web server does not generally store information when persons visit our website. Only if an error, other technical problem occurs or if a visitor carries out an action, certain data will be stored in what is known as log files
